Authenticated Encryption with Associated Data (AEAD)

Description

Authenticated encryption provides confidentiality for the plaintext and integrity and authenticity checks. Authentication Encryption with Associated Data enables to check the integrity and authenticity of some associated data called "additional authenticated data".
